I bought these when we recently went over to visit Mummy H to celebrate the birthdays of Jake & Grace.
Stopping in a Campanile Hotel is great, but sometimes you want something different than the tea & coffee, that comes with the room, so when I saw these in Heron Frozen Foods, a budget frozen food shop, priced at three 475ml bottles for £1, I thought they were a bargain & great as they didn’t have to be refrigerated.
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my drink as the aroma was delicious, just like vanilla ice cream, the colour was rich & creamy too. I had thought it maybe a bit overly sweet & sickly, but I should have trusted Yazoo whose milk drinks contain no artificial sweeteners or colours, it was just perfect, the flavour was just right. Not overly rich, but enough of a sumptuous taste that it felt like a bit of a special treat.
Granddad Al really enjoyed it too. Being a diabetic he has to be careful what he has to eat & drink, but this was fine for him.
It has all the goodness of milk, naturally rich in calcium & protein, a great source of vitamin B2 with only 1.2% fat. It’s even suitable for vegetarians, so perfect for our family.
When you take the screw lid off for the first time there is a seal of foil that you have to remove, so you know it’s not been tampered with & to keep it fresh.
Yazzo Milk Drinks are a lovely drink & would really recommend them.
I have not been paid for this post, I am just giving my opinion of a product I purchased.
