We Get an Extra Hours Sleep

YAY The clocks change tonight so we get an extra hours sleep tonight.

It’s Fall so the clock falls back an hour.

Instead of sleeping you could get up that hour earlier and fill it with reading about, do some crafting, finish painting the walls, write and send a letter to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while, go for a long walk,

    I had completely forgotten that the clocks were going back today, so was congratulating myself on getting up early this morning, when I realised what had happened. Still, the extra hour has been useful.
