Vtech Toot-Toot Friends Enchanted Princess Palace

We have been asked to review Vtech Toot-Toot Friends Enchanted Princess Palace by Rainbow Toy Awards, for whom we are Toy Ambassadors

The box arrived very well in a generous sized box to suit the palace box, even though quite bulky, but it would be hard to get a box the size to fit the palace in due to the size of itself.

I had one very excited little girl when she seen this! Grace who is 3 is well suited for this as it is aimed at ages 1-5 she is my own little ‘Princess Grace’
I opened the box which we found simple to get into and not over packaged which is great as nothing worse than opening then undoing and un-tying! This was a very simple process for us.

We had to build this together and it took me about an hour in total from fixing all the pieces and applying all the stickers.

This is a picture of most of the pieces out before I started.
The instructions were very simple to understand in number order simply telling me which pieces needed to go where with a diagram of all pieces to refer back to if needed.

I started by adding the base together and building up to the top.

All we needed to do was follow instructions inserting the pieces clipping into each other step by step

Once built up there was no stopping her playing, she has since expressed so much interest. This is a big hit in my house, she has played for hours and not showing any stopping yet!

The Princess Palace itself is over 1.2m/4ft wide and very interactive it has lights, music also the characters say their own phrases and interact with each other. The palace comes with one figure Princess Darla, and I also bought 2 additional characters for Graces 3rd birthday, which was on Saturday 1st October.

The Princess Palace also focuses on motor skills by learning the child to use the lift by turning the handle which would move the lift up and down, pushing the swing to help it move back and forth, and turning the gear to help open and close the palace gates.

There are 5 ‘Magic Point’ locations within the Princess Palace where if you place the character on they will come to life and talk/sing as you play.

Grace really likes the Princess Palace sides which is where the swing is situated and also likes using the lift.

She loves placing the characters in the tea set part and using her own play cups to let them have a drink. Me, as a mum I love that the sides fold in and out making it easier for storage but bigger and better for play when extended out. Both front and back of the palace are equally as fun to play.

The quality of the product is very well made and very sturdy for my 3 year old it is easily wiped clean if anything get spilled or dropped on. The Princess Palace is excellent for role playing as Grace loves to make the characters talk to each other and walk them up the stairs to see out of the balcony and windows.
This would make an excellent gift and is available to purchase from Amazon for the price of £49.95

We give this a 10/10! It is amazing and hasn’t failed to impress.

Our neighbours little girl has this set and megan absolutely loves to play with it, and it’s not a bad price either, I ordered her the frozen one on the entertainer on offer from £36.99 to £11.99 thinking I was having a bargain it arrived today and is small so a bit disappointed although I’m sure megan will love it Christmas day xxx

She just plays with it all the time when she’s home. Jake enjoys playing with it too, but also it means he can have his train track out with out Grace telling him which trains to use – like a good big brother Jake does almost everything Grace tells him to do. She has him wrapped around her little finger! xx

It’s great when they play side by side
My neice has took a great shine to this -no guessing to what father Christmas might be bringing down the chimney x
