Both Grand Dad Al and I suffer from back pain, so when ActivePosture® asked us if we would like to review their Posture Correcting T shirt we both jumped at the chance, but what happens, how does it work? Well this t–shirt will help correct your posture that will help alleviate pain in your back, shoulders and neck. USAGE
When you start off wearing your ActivePosture® shirt you should only wear it for 30-60 minutes a day during the first week increasing gradually as you progress. It’s very personal to you. Grand Dad Al wore it for about 45 minutes the first day and wore it every day more and more.
ActivePosture® say that some of their customers use the product depending on need and preference. Some use it for 1-2 days a week, while others use it for 5-7 days. The product can be used to prevent aches and pains, to improve posture or for relief of injuries.

Our Thoughts
Overall Grand Dad Al has found this product very beneficial and cay to continues to wear it day to day. He just rinses it through at night and its all clean ready to wear when he needs it the next day.
The product should be hand washed and not tumble dried. With no clothing softener used at all.
Grand Dad Al has been wearing his Posture Shirt for almost two weeks now during the day and has found it very beneficial. It took him a while to get used to the snug fit, (they have to be a tight fit to work) as he usually prefers loose fitting shirts and t-shirts. He used to suffer from an ache in the shoulders from late afternoon on wards but now that has reduced to nothing more than a slight niggle and only when he has been doing strenuous things during the day. This might be an age thing though as we are in our mid 50’s.
He would recommend this product to anyone else who has had similar aches and pains. Obviously if you have any serious health problems you should ask your doctor before hand.

I do a lot of cycling, swim and walk a lot.
I currently spend a great deal of time in the garden trying to keep on top of the weeds. I enjoy walking. I want to start cycling again but need to get a new bike. I used to cycle to work everyday, approximately 20 miles round trip.
