Spice Pots Cookbook Kit Review

Spice Pots review by Family Clan
Spice Pots provide 100% natural, perfectly balanced spice blends to create quick and simple but delicious curries and other Indian-inspired food. We love to cook Indian food, and have it quite often. So quick and simple to do and perfect for an evening meal in the colder Autumn and Winter months.
Spice pots come in four pots of your choice – from Korma, Bhuna, Goan, or Tandoori Masala.  Plus a 150 page Indian cookbook helping you create your well know curries, along with new recipes using these spices and your own ingredients.

Getting Started with Spice Pots

A great way to get started with Spice Pots is to try a variety of recipes that are on offer in their lovely cookbook. I’m sure you will soon realise that Spice Pots will become a store cupboard staple and make your midweek meal planning much easier with our simple meal ideas.

The 150 page cookbook has a great selection of quick and easy meals like Chicken Korma, Lamb Bhuna, Goan Fish Curry, or Tandoori Masala Mushroom, Pea and Spinach Curry.  With also recipes for Soups, Marinades and Desserts.

Now that it is Autumn, I love to always have soups on the go. Currently as I write, I have a spiced tomato and basil tomato soup cooking away in my slow cooker.

Using the Spice Pots cook book I was given so many new recipes to try and so much inspiration!

I couldn’t wait to get started to try a soup recipe that they have within the cookbook.

Sweet Potato & Pepper Soup

The cookbook, I love how it is set out, so simple, straight to the point and VERY easy to follow.

I tried this recipe, I do love sweet potatoes and had some in the cupboard needing to be used so I wanted to give it a try!

As you can see, this recipe, is very easy, very quick to prepare and doesn’t take to long to cook.

The whole process is straight forward, and in no time you have amazing sweet potato and pepper soup.

It turned out thick, and warming. Just what we needed for this time of year.

The Spice Pots have 8 servings inside so there is plenty for you to make so many recipes.

So Much Spice Pots Choices

With so many recipes to create this Spice Pots Cookbook has you covered from making starters & nibbles, mains, sides, sauces & marinades and even desserts & treats.

You really can dine in style from the comfort of your own home.

Next I’m going to try making a curry, keep an eye on our Instagram page for the update. Why not give us a follow and a quick hello!

Our Thoughts

In the past I have found some recipe books just so confusing and skipped pages, but I’m glad to say that this Spice Pots Cookbook is so easy to follow.

I would even say that it would be a perfect gift if you wanted to gift this to a friend who perhaps likes their spices but are not a confident cook, then this could inspire them due to the simple recipes.

They have a range of gift sets available to make the perfect Christmas gift. Their Curry Cookbook Kit is available to purchase from Spice Pots Website.
