Quick and Easy Garlic Bread Mini Pizza
Jake and Grace love these garlic baguette mini pizza, they take literally a few minutes to make.
Get garlic baguette and slice, or you could, of course, use thick slices of bread with garlic butter spread on them.
Cover with pasta sauce from my recipe here, then sprinkle cheese on top, this is the bit I usually let
Jake and Grace do as they love being involved in making their food.
Pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes but keep a close eye on them as they cook quickly.
You can add slices of salami, pepperami, ham, or pineapple, serve with a salad or just on it’s own for a quick and easy snack, perfect for when they have friends around, party food or for barbecue nibbles.
What would you put on yours as a topping?

A really quick and simple way to prepare a tasty treat. If you want something with a bot more zing try using Mexicana cheese which has a good chilli hit. For the really brave Morrisons sell a Reaper Chilli cheese which will blow your socks off!
This does look really yummy, and I’d love to have it with a nice big salad. I think it would be a big hit.
Today’s the day I make my own –
Plain with cheese

Ooh, a really easy recipe for quick holiday food. I’d add pepperami on mine.
What a lovely idea, I’ll have to try these out with my kids, I’m sure they would put ham and pineapple on theirs.
I would put quorn bacon lardons on mine
Gosh this looks delicious and easy too
Must admit I usually get shop bought ones -going to try my own now
