Hello! We’re The Protein Ball Co. …and we’re here to make healthy snacking a little easier!
Who are Protein Balls?
They were established in 2015 when husband and wife team, Matt and Hayley struggled to find clean protein, grab-and-go snacks to fuel their busy lives. As founders of the successful olive brand OLOVES, the duo dream-team were already pros in bite-sized goods, and in turning savoury to sweet, The Protein Ball Co was born.
They are based in Worthing, West Sussex and hand-roll our delicious and nutritious snacks. Ensuring each one is packed full of goodness. With eight unique flavours that contain three different protein sources; whey (from grass fed cows), egg white and vegan.
‘Our goal is to encourage people to make a healthy choice when it comes to snacking’, says Matt.
That’s why all our products are made from high quality, natural ingredients that are high in protein and fibre, contain no added sugars or preservatives, and are gluten, wheat, soya and GMO free.
In 2018 they launched their range of Breakfast Balls.
Hayley says, ‘early morning commutes can be a battle and we wanted to create a healthy breakfast-on-the-go by providing a quick and easy solution for the first meal of the day’
Although they are less than 4 years old, they are now rolling over 4 million balls per month. They must be doing something right.
They are a family run business with a passion to make healthy snacking easier, so why not give them a try?
They are also in 25 countries around the globe and next month they are launching in some of the world’s healthiest cities, including Los Angeles and New York City.

Our Thoughts
The Protein Balls, taste really lovely. Even Granddad Al was impressed with them. Great snack for on the go, for kids lunch boxes and after school whilst on the trip to their next activities.
They are chewing, easy to bite and soooo tasty. Your mouth is just filled with flavour. In fact the only down side is they have run out now, so I’m off to Tesco to buy more. Being all natural you can feel comfortable giving these to the kids to snack on, much healthier than a bag of crisps and full of nutritional goodness.
On top of all that The Protein Balls Co. are a British company, so you can feel patriotic whilst you munch!
