Peppa’s House Tea Set

Peppa Pig has been a firm favourite in my house for a very long time. Grace is a big lover of the little pink pig and her friends. So when asked to review this Peppa’s House Tea Set from HTI Toys, I said yes!

Before opening you can test out the tea post by pressing the door on Peppa’s house. Which would then play Peppa themed tune and the windows light up. When you open the tea pot lid you will hear Peppa snort.

It looks a great little set, although aimed age 2+ Grace is a big Peppa fan and always loves to have her blanket out to have tea parties so is a perfect addition for her. No surprises when she asked to get it straight out to play.

Peppa House Tea Set consist of:-

Teapot in the shape of Peppa’s house
4 Tea Cups
4 Saucers
4 Spoons
Milk Jug
Sugar Pot

Grace set up her tea cups, saucers and spoons and asked if we should have girly time and a hot chocolate.

Using the sugar pot, she scooped out hot chocolate powder, then put the lid on, using the tea pot she then added the water by pouring, at this point the tea pot makes pouring noises.

Grace said we was missing something extra special… Marshmallows of course, so used the sugar pot again to pull out the marshmallows allowing us to have 5 in each cup!

I love her imagination, the cups of hot chocolate she made lasted us a long time after she kept refilling!

Even Jensen came to visit and went straight over to play, although only just turning one, he got the spoons and started bashing it inside the cup making lots of noise. Even grabbing the cup and went ‘ahhh’ after putting it to his mouth.

Our Thoughts

We have had lots of fun with this Peppa House Tea Set, it has been well played with, it is just unfortunate that the tea pot house seems to have stopped working but it hasn’t effected the kids playing with it. The tea set encourages imaginative play and helps develop social skills and great bright colours.
