Pana Chocolate Review
I don’t buy dark chocolate as I prefer a good galaxy or dairy milk bar, but I was given a Fig & Wild Orange to try by Pana Chocolate.
Pana Chocolate has a minimum of 70% cacao, they are organic, with no dairy or soy included & also gluten free. There is also no refined sugar & has a low Gi (Glycaemic Index), it’s suitable for vegans too & to top it all it is handmade in Melbourne Australia
I have never tried their brand before, to my astonishment, it tastes rather good. It is nice & chewy from the fig & not bitter at all, unlike some dark chocolate I have had in the past. The bar has six blocks; I found eating one or two plenty enough for one sitting, unlike Nanna Jane who no doubt would have the lot if I let her.
The Fig & Wild Orange has cacao solids 70% min (cacao butter & cacao powder), coconut nectar, coconut oil, carob, figs (14%), cinnamon, wild orange essential oil 1%, Himalayan crystal salt.
So I give Pana Chocolate in fig & orange a big thumbs up.
Pana Chocolate is also available in an assortment of 9 flavours including: Cinnamon, Coconut & Goji, Eighty, Fig & Wild Orange, Mint, Nuts, Orange, Raw Cacao, Sour Cherry.
