Ozeri Professional Series Ceramic Earth Fry Pan
Ozeri offer such great quality products time and time again. We have had many Ozeri products in the past and they are all standing the test of time. Such high quality products you are sure to be amazed.
Which came as no surprise to me that when I received this Ozeri Ceramic Earth Fry Pan, it arrived packaged very well, and with this pan being ceramic it is such a good heavy weight which you would expect from a ceramic pan.
Finding cookwear that is high quality and at an affordable price can become quite a search. So here I can help you with this Ozeri Ceramic Earth Fry Pan with such high quality at an affordable price.
Why is Ceramic the best?
Ceramic is completely non-reactive, and contains no chemical additives. There’s nothing to leach into your food, so your cookware is safe.
Yes, it’s good to spend a little more to get the quality you’re after, but if that comes in at a lower price that expected then we can’t say no!
Cooking with ceramic pans means that you an cook at a lower heat than you are used to. Although you do need to use a bit of oil or butter ceramic is smooth and requires only a little oil or butter to keep food from sticking to it you don’t need as much as you do with any standard pans.
This ceramic pan is 10 inches / 23cm which is such a generous size and ideal in busy kitchens.
This Ozeri Ceramic Earth Fry Pan is from the Professional Series and is individually hand-cast in Germany for unyielding quality and craftsmanship.
Quadruple sealed, the Professional Series Ceramic Earth Fry Pan utilises a 4-Ply ceramic coating that is hardened to perfection for scratch resistance and lifetime performance.
The Ceramic Earth Fry Pan was developed with the uncompromising goal of the safest and healthiest cooking, and utilizes an environmentally conscious coating that delivers long-lasting performance and non-stick perfection.
This special coating exceeds all European Union guidelines for safe cooking and is absolutely free of APEO and PFOA, and the lesser known chemicals NMP, NEP, and BPA.
We couldn’t wait to put this pan to the test, and what more to start off with a good steak. Daddy J actually made me tea for once as he was so impressed with the quality of the pan he wanted to put it to the test first.
We fried up the mushrooms and onions first, they really didn’t take long to cook at all in comparison to a standard frying pan.
Once these were cooked they were set aside and then the steaks went on.
They cooked impressively well in this pan, he was very impressed at how they cooked and they meat was so tender and juicy and kept all of its flavours.
We served our steaks with sweet potato squares, onions & mushroom, potato salad, ranch salad and peppercorn sauce. It was amazing and tasted so nice!
