Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan
Ozeri offer such great quality products time and time again. We have had many Ozeri products in the past and they are all standing the test of time. Such high quality products you are sure to be amazed.
Just check out this Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan, simply great quality from this pan that can give you so much!
The Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan is induction stove compatible. It arrived very well packaged and presented lovely inside the box.
Before using this pan for the first time you need to give it a quick clean with a soft sponge.
The great feature of this pan is that when you are cooking that you always use a lower heat than what you would generally use, this helps to maintain the nutrients in your food also. There is no need to use this pan on a high heat, the medium heat will do the job or even just low. Saving you money as well as making your food taste even better.
The pan is very nicely made, I like the inscribing underneath, and smooth finish all round making a very good high quality pan.
I am always cooking in my kitchen, I do enjoy it, but only having a few frying pans and sauce pans it does limit the maximum you can reach from certain food. So now having this Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan I can cook certain foods in the best way they can be made, slowly, steadily and cook to perfection.
My first recipe I made at the request of Jake, was his favourite pasta dish.
Place your pasta into a boiling saucepan. For this dish we used Bucatini which is just like spaghetti but hollow.
I chopped the garlic finely, and gave a good coating of extra virgin olive oil in the Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan. Now I put the ring on low, bringing the garlic and oil to a simmer.
I found the pan heated up really quickly. After simmering for a short time, whilst making sure we don’t burn our garlic remove from the heat and wait for your pasta to cook.
After removing the garlic from the ring, the pan retained it’s heat and still bubbling for a short while which I have never experienced with any of my other pans, I have made this recipe countless amount of times, it does just show how much of a good quality pan this is.
Once our Bucatini had cooked, I drained it and added into our garlic oil and placed back onto the low heat.
Now you make sure you coat your Bucatini in the oil. I would advised that you use wooden or plastic utensils to avoid damage to your pan. I used my wooden spoon and coated the Bucatini for a couple of minutes on low and then dished up. Add a good dose of Parmesan cheese. Jake asked for a slight drizzle of chilli oil on top too.
This pan is also oven safe, so if you have certain recipes that would ask you to finish off your recipe in the oven you can simply place the pan in the oven up to a temperature of 260 degrees.
This pan is dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to wash with hot soapy water.
Included within the package there is also a protector, place this onto your pans surface, when storing, to avoid damage from other pans that could be placed on top.
My Thoughts
This oven and broiler-safe, versatile frying pan allows you to sauté, fry, sear, brown, boil, and braise, for even-cooking without hot spots.
This Ozeri 18/8 Stainless Steel Earth Pan is available from Amazon. It would be a fantastic present for the food enthusiast this Christmas.

I’m needing new pans so great timing. Looks good
Ozeri is a new brand to me but it looks good. After watching a documentary recently about the chemicals in teflon, I will be disposing of my teflon-coated pots and pans shortly and replacing them with uncoated products. I will keep this brand in mind. Thank you.
Brilliant make – wouldn’t mind one of these under my tree
Sounds a great pan. I’ve not heard of Ozeri before will definitely be looking into the pans a bit more
