    Wash hands regularly, clean nails with a nail brush. Clean dish cloth every day and clean t-towel at least once a day. Fresh hand towel in the toilet everyday. Use antibacterial wipes/gel if out and about

    It’s a weird one but whenever someone gets unwell in the flat I wash all the bedding, pillow cases on the sofa etc. Just to get rid of any germs and I do this twice, when someone gets unwell and towards the end 😀
