Little Tikes RC Dozer Racer

The Wheelz and Flyerz range is off to a flying start, and have gave us the chance to review their RC Dozer Racer to let you know what we think of it.

This range is ideal for providing children with their first experience of radio-controlled fun, and parents can be involved too. Easy to use and with a host of amazing features, these toys are perfect for little ones who have a need for speed.

So with this is mind, Jake and Grace couldn’t wait to put it to the test. They love all things remote control, whether it be robots, flying heliballs, cars or boats. So this being tested out by them, was pretty perfect.

We inserted the batteries into the Little Tikes Dozer Racer which required 4x AA batteries and the remote required 2x AA batteries. Then as soon as they were inserted we are instantly ready to play.

With the blade on the front, you can bash into obstacles, making play, more! Grace and Jake enjoyed bashing into plant pots in the garden by staggering the empty pots down the path and knocking them down.

The Little Tikes Dozer Racer is amazing, in just a press of a button (literally), it can transform from a stunt dozer into a super fast racer. No fiddling, just a simple press of the button on the remote control, simple!

The RC Dozer Racer can be used indoors or outdoors, it works great on grass too finding its way easily from grass to pavement. The continous track around the wheels allows it to be very versatile and Grace says she can’t wait to test it out in the snow too!

Here you can see the continuous track which is very high quality rubbery type material which I would expect from a brand such as Little Tikes.

Our thoughts

Grace is 5, and Jake is 8, and they both have loved this so much. It is such high quality which you expect from Little Tikes, it is built to last.

After many years of having Jake being mad about trains, I have invested in re-chargable batteries. But in all honesty, the charge in them for Dozer Racer has lasted so much longer than expected for this toy. After 45 minutes of play, they were still working.

The remote is also a great hand held size too for small hands to larger hands. The distance the remote control can be from the Dozer Racer when in play is also quite a distance from my front door to the end of my long garden, which in all fairness surprised me as I presumed they would need to stand some-what near by.
