Boppy The Rabbit

Boppy The Rabbit

Jensen came recently to visit, and he particularly took a likening to our pet bunny Boppy!

Most kids do love animals, he was a little wary at first when he met him, but now loves to stroke Boppy every time that he comes to visit.

Jensen and Boppy

Boppy is a house bunny that just loves human attention. He is very cuddly and great with kids.

Every time he is approached, he will either stand on two feet to greet you, or runs round in circles around his home, over excited bunny!

He even lets you know when his food and water needs refilling as he will clonk them together to make noises grabbing your attention.

He would then wait for me to come and then go straight to the bowl to show me which one he wants filled first.

So even just yesterday he was low on both, so I naturally filled his food first, and he then looks, but goes straight back to his water to tell me he would like more water.

Boppy has been living with us since February, originally Daddy A’s bunny, but now he has moved in with us, joining our household to extend our family with his daughter too.

Life has been a whirlwind, but lets all take a moment to realise how lucky we are right now with everything that is going on in the world with the Corona Virus, stay safe everyone!

It’s great to see a housebunny, too many end up in hutches forgotten about. I had a housebunny and he had such a big personality and made me laugh all of the time and gave big cuddles when I was down.

That’s so sweet that Jensen has taken a liking to your house rabbit Boppy. We also had a house rabbit when I was a child. He was called Sam and he was huge, the size of a medium sized dog (he was a giant French rabbit). Sam used to come and sit on our laps when we were watching TV, and he loved being stroked and brushed. He was also very clean and completely litter trained. I always feel sorry for rabbits that spend their lives in hutches, when they could be hopping round their owner;s houses.
