About Blade & Rose

Blade & Rose is growing into a leading British children’s clothing brand specialising in a trendsetting range of leggings and clothing accessories. The company was set up by mother of two, Amanda Peffer.  She set up the business during maternity leave and named the company after her children’s middle name ‘Blade’ and ‘Rose’. She created a range of top quality leggings, each with their own unique and trademark design on the bottom. A major component of the development was to ensure that the quality of the fabric was durable, functional, would wash well and most importantly, that was soft and kind to children’s delicate skin. The initial range quickly sold out and now our British family business has stockists all over the world including Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Greece, Japan, US, China and Dubai. Blade & Rose will continue to extend the clothing range with matching accessories and new designs.

Halloween Leggings

I have been sent these lovely Halloween leggings from Blade and Rose to review.

They are really good quality and quite thick so can easily be worn as they are along with a nice top or jumper. The leggings which I have been sent to review are Halloween design with a smiling pumpkin on the bottom. Being orange, white and black stripes with green trim they are great Halloween colours!

The material is made up from 75% Combed Cotton, 20% Nylon and 5% Spandex. You can purchase them from Blade & Rose’s web site here for just £10.

It is important to me that my children are happy and comfortable in what they wear, with lots of room to move around, learn and play without being hampered with their clothing.  I do like these leggings and the material is thick and warming, elasticated waist and ankle , with a nice snug to fit around the nappy area. Being made from real good quality material, I would presume they will wash well, not go horrible and baggy like some of the other makes.

Blade and Rose have been kind enough to let us hold a competition for 2 more items from their range.
