Our Thoughts
I have enjoyed both of these Barleycup jars of instant cereal drink, They will last me a good few weeks for each jar, a standard cup of coffee has 100mg of caffeine, whereas Barleycup have 0mg, meaning you could have as many of these instant cereal drinks as you like without the worry of to much caffeine. With me being 34 weeks pregnant I am course keeping an eye on my caffeine intake so these jars are a perfect choice for me!
These are also great for anyone trying to go caffeine free. They have a really pleasant taste very similar to coffee. Barleycup is available from Holland & Barrett and Amazon.
