BAREFOOT WINE
Barefoot Wine are winners of over 2,000 awards as a brand worldwide.W hich is a pretty fantastic thing to say, and I completely know why!
Barefoot Wine has a bottle for every occasion that will leave the taste buds tantalised!
I do love to have a nice glass of wine after a long day, and have tried Barefoot in the past so is a brand that I know have tasteful wine. Their wide range of wines speak for themselves, and you can taste why they have been awarded so many awards!
I have been sent three bottles of Barefoot Wine & a new wine Dark Horse Rosé for me to review, and I was in for such a treat.
First I tried the Barefoot Shiraz Cabernet RRP £6.99. Its delicious and it went down such a treat. Brimming with jammy blackberries with hints of toasty vanilla giving a smooth velvety finish and recommended to go perfectly with BBQ grub or pasta. This is what I did, and yes they did go lovely with my home made garlic pasta with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
I’m not the best lovely of red wine, but I have actually really enjoyed this one and it doesn’t have that weird after taste I normally get with other red wines. This was such an enjoyable drink that I would consider again.
The Barefoot Shiraz Cabernet is a tasty tipple that comes with an affordable price tag and is ideal for get togethers. Let’s toast!
Next there was Barefoot Chardonnay RRP £6.99
Featuring flavours of honeyed peach and Fuji apple alongside aromas of sweet vanilla, this medium bodied wine promises a sumptuously smooth taste.
The Barefoot Chardonnay is perfectly paired with fresh fruits and is full of flavour.
The Chardonnay would go well with white sauce pasta or a plate of fresh light seafood. We had ours with Steak, chips, onions ring and garlic mushrooms with with peppercorn sauce and they complimented each other beautifully.
TIME FOR A FEW BUBBLES
Next I tried the Barefoot Bubbly Pinot Grigio! This has got to be my favourite. I do love a good glass of bubbly and for the taste of this you would think it would have much higher price tag!
This light bodied pinot bubbles over with flavours of zesty citrus and orange blossom aromas. Catering for all occasions, this tipple is sure to add a sparkle to any celebration.
This sparkling wine is a great toast for an evening and pairs perfectly with party canapes, as well as grilled fish or Asian cuisine for takeaways with friends – delicious! The Barefoot Bubbly Pinot Grigio is RRP £8.50.
Once again Barefoot has hit the mark and I have absolutely loved these three bottles that I have sampled and I would highly recommend Barefoot Wines. They would be a perfect gift this Father’s Day and take my word, they are amazing!
I first discovered Barefoot Wine in my local bingo hall, so I do share a bottle every once in a while after a long tiring day!
Barefoot Wine offer such a variety, with so many different wine types to choose from and at a great affordable prices you can find one to suit everyone’s taste. Treat Dad this Father’s Day with one of the fantastic selection.
Barefoot Wine is available from all good stockists and major supermarkets. and of course via Amazon.
