My Daddy Book Perfect for Father’s Day
We have been asked to create and review a personalised ” My Daddy ” book by the lovely people at Love2Read focusing on Fathers Day, which if you hadn’t realised is just around the corner on Sunday 19th June, we knew it was going to be for Logan’s Dad, Daddy S. But we could have chose Dad, Granddad, GrandPa or any other male member of the family, you could of course chose female members too.
We created my personalised book using their online website that allows you to create any book aimed at who you like, be it for a family members, a special day, reminder of a day out, or to introduce a new baby or pets to a a younger child.
How We Made Our Book
First we clicked on Create and their are 85 different books you could create aiming it at that special person, we chose ‘My daddy’. The site, in my opinion, is very easy to use and really simple straight forward process.
We chose one photograph at a time adding a little sentence under each i.e. ‘My Daddy is my hero’ and we added a photo of Logan when he was a few weeks old little baby wearing his superman outfit.
There are ten picture pages pictures you can create making each one a personal memory. One per page, then towards the end of the book there is a page with all ten pictures to see & discuss. Here are our choices:-
You can even personlised your book to the colours you use on the background so we chose blue and red for his favourite colours the book is not paper so wont be ripped easily by little hands! So it is going to last longer and perhaps even become a family keepsake.
This book is a lovely reading together book, where you can sit and read to you child, we think is a lovely idea that it is personalised with images that will your child will recognise to keep them intrigued to what could be next.
We think this would make a lovely book any Dad or Granddad on their special day. Happy Father’s Day to you all.
